• 仅上传你创作、合法取得或获得明确许可的图片、插画、字体、文字、音视频截图及其他素材；
• 第三方平台可下载、可查看或由 AI 生成，不等于可以自由商用、再许可或移除署名；
• 使用受委托制作、公司所有或多人共同创作的素材时，应确认你有权提交和处理。

• Upload only materials you created, lawfully obtained, or are expressly permitted to use;
• Downloadable, viewable, or AI-generated content is not automatically free for commercial use, sublicensing, or attribution removal;
• For commissioned, company-owned, or jointly created work, confirm that you may submit and process it.

2. 人物肖像、隐私与未成年人

处理可识别人物的照片、姓名、声音或其他个人信息前，应取得合法授权并尊重其肖像、隐私、名誉和个人信息权益。涉及未成年人时，应取得监护人授权并采取更严格保护。

Before processing identifiable people, names, voices, or other personal information, obtain lawful permission and respect likeness, privacy, reputation, and data-protection rights. Obtain guardian permission and use heightened care for minors.

• 非必要不要上传身份证件、医疗、财务、住址、精确位置或生物识别等敏感信息；
• 不得利用他人肖像冒充身份、捏造背书、诈骗、骚扰、诽谤或制作误导性内容。

• Do not upload identity, medical, financial, address, precise-location, biometric, or other sensitive data unless necessary;
• Never use a likeness for impersonation, fabricated endorsement, fraud, harassment, defamation, or deceptive content.

上传商标、包装、产品图、企业标识、商业秘密或未公开项目资料前，应确认具有相应使用权限。生成结果出现品牌元素不代表品牌方认可、赞助或授权。

Confirm authorization before uploading trademarks, packaging, product imagery, company marks, trade secrets, or unpublished project information. Brand elements appearing in a result do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or permission.

• 违法、侵权、欺诈、仇恨、骚扰、暴力、危险或剥削未成年人的内容；
• 国家秘密、商业秘密、非法取得的数据及未经授权的私密内容；
• 用于伪造证件、冒充身份、误导公众、操纵舆论或规避监管的内容；
• 恶意软件、攻击指令或干扰平台和第三方服务安全的材料。

• Unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, violent, dangerous, or child-exploitative content;
• State or trade secrets, unlawfully obtained data, or unauthorized intimate content;
• Content used to forge documents, impersonate, deceive the public, manipulate opinion, or evade regulation;
• Malware, attack instructions, or material that threatens platform or third-party security.

为提供上传、预览、合成、内容安全、任务追踪和作品管理功能，我们可能在必要范围内存储、复制、压缩、分析、转换素材，并交由受约束的云服务或 AI 技术提供商处理。具体数据类别、保存与删除规则见 隐私政策。

AI 结果可能存在错误、偏差、近似第三方内容或意外出现文字、人物与品牌元素。下载、公开发布、广告投放或商业使用前，你应检查事实、质量、权利和适用平台规则，并按要求标识 AI 生成或合成内容。

AI results may contain errors, bias, similarities to third-party content, or unexpected text, people, and brands. Before download, publication, advertising, or commercial use, review facts, quality, rights, and destination-platform rules, and label AI-generated or synthetic content when required.
