本隐私政策适用于 PixaRivo 图漾 iOS 应用、官网以及与 PixaRivo 直接相关的云端服务。通过第三方网站或服务访问的内容，适用相应第三方的隐私政策。

This Privacy Policy applies to the PixaRivo iOS app, website, and cloud services directly associated with PixaRivo. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own privacy policies.

当你登录时，我们处理邮箱地址、用户 ID、认证凭证和会话信息。密码由服务端安全验证，App 不会以明文保存你的密码。

When you sign in, we process your email address, user ID, authentication credentials, and session information. Passwords are verified securely by our service and are not stored in plain text by the app.

你主动提供的创作内容

为了完成模板合成，我们会处理你主动选择上传的图片、填写的标题和其他模板文字，以及所选模板、画幅、分辨率和创作要求。请勿上传你无权使用或包含不必要敏感信息的内容。

To compose a template, we process images you choose to upload, titles and other template text, as well as your selected template, aspect ratio, resolution, and composition requirements. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or that contains unnecessary sensitive information.

任务、作品与使用记录

Jobs, works, and product interactions

我们处理合成报价、积分使用、任务状态、错误状态和已完成作品，以便提供创作流程、进度查询和作品管理。

We process composition quotes, point usage, job status, error status, and completed works to provide the creation flow, progress tracking, and work management.

设备与诊断信息

Device and diagnostic information

服务请求可能包含应用版本、操作系统、语言、媒体区域、网络请求时间和错误信息。PixaRivo 不读取 GPS 精确位置，也不使用这些信息进行跨 App 跟踪或第三方广告。

Service requests may include the app version, operating system, language, media region, request timing, and error information. PixaRivo does not access precise GPS location and does not use this information for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.

为了提供图片存储、内容传输、模板合成、AI 处理、基础设施、安全和技术支持，我们可能委托受合同约束的云服务、存储、内容分发和 AI 服务商处理必要信息。这些服务商只能为向我们提供约定服务而处理信息，并应采取相应的安全措施。

To provide image storage, content delivery, template composition, AI processing, infrastructure, security, and support, we may engage contracted cloud, storage, content delivery, and AI service providers to process necessary information. They may process information only to provide the agreed services and must apply appropriate safeguards.

我们也可能在法律要求、保护用户或服务安全、调查欺诈与滥用，或企业重组和资产转让时依法披露必要信息。若数据处理涉及跨境传输，我们会依据适用法律采取合理保护措施。

We may also disclose necessary information when required by law, to protect users or service security, investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a corporate reorganization or asset transfer. Where processing involves international transfers, we use reasonable safeguards required by applicable law.

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts and works, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security. Retention varies by purpose, account status, and applicable law. After deletion, some information may remain for a reasonable period in backups, security logs, or legally required records before being deleted or anonymized under established procedures.

PixaRivo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A higher digital-consent age may apply in your region. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided information, please contact us.
