“案例”包括 App 与官网案例区展示的图片、标题、说明、模板预览和相关信息，主要用于帮助用户了解产品功能、视觉风格及可能的创作效果。案例不是专业建议、事实证明、商品承诺或可直接复用的商业素材。

“Gallery content” includes images, titles, descriptions, template previews, and related information shown in the app or website. It helps users understand features, visual styles, and possible creative outcomes. It is not professional advice, factual proof, a product promise, or ready-to-reuse commercial material.

部分案例可能由人工智能生成、编辑或合成，可能包含虚构人物、场景、商品、文字或品牌近似元素。案例内容可能不准确、不完整、不符合现实比例或与真实人物和事件无关。相关水印、二维码或文字可能仅为视觉示例，不代表真实凭证或可访问链接。

Some examples may be AI-generated, edited, or synthetic and may contain fictional people, scenes, products, text, or brand-like elements. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or unrelated to real people and events. Watermarks, QR codes, or text may be visual examples rather than valid credentials or links.

• PixaRivo 的应用界面、品牌标识、原创模板结构、文案和软件受适用知识产权法律保护；
• 用户自有素材的权利仍归用户或原权利人，使用服务不自动转移所有权；
• 案例中可能涉及的商标、人物肖像、建筑、艺术作品或其他第三方元素，其权利归相应权利人；
• AI 结果能否取得著作权或其他专有权，应根据适用法律及具体创作事实判断。

• PixaRivo interfaces, branding, original template structures, copy, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws;
• Rights in user-owned materials remain with the user or original owner and are not automatically transferred;
• Trademarks, likenesses, architecture, artwork, and other third-party elements remain subject to their owners’ rights;
• Copyright or other exclusive protection for AI results depends on applicable law and the facts of creation.

4. 用户作品的案例展示授权

4. Permission to display user works

仅当用户主动提交作品至公开案例库、选择公开，或以其他明确方式授权时，我们才会在授权范围内展示用户作品。用户授予为案例展示、推广、缩略图处理、尺寸适配和技术分发所必要的非独占许可，不因此转移作品所有权。

We display a user work only when the user submits it to the public Gallery, chooses public visibility, or otherwise clearly authorizes display. The user grants a non-exclusive license necessary for display, promotion, thumbnails, resizing, and technical distribution; ownership is not transferred.

用户可通过支持渠道申请停止后续公开展示。我们将在合理核验后处理；依法或为安全、审计及争议处理必须保留的记录不因此立即删除。

Users may request an end to future public display through support. We will act after reasonable verification, while records required by law or for security, audit, and dispute handling may be retained.

5. 案例内容使用限制

5. Restrictions on Gallery use

• 不得直接下载、复制、售卖或再发布案例，除非页面明确允许或取得相应权利人许可；
• 不得移除权利标识、冒充案例作者、暗示虚假合作或将示例人物用于代言；
• 不得利用案例训练违法模型、建立误导性数据集、实施人脸识别滥用或侵犯个人信息权益；
• 使用同款模板创作不代表可以复制案例中的受保护素材、人物、品牌和文案。

• Do not download, copy, sell, or republish Gallery items unless expressly permitted or authorized by the relevant owner;
• Do not remove rights notices, impersonate the creator, imply a false relationship, or use depicted people as endorsers;
• Do not use examples for unlawful model training, deceptive datasets, abusive facial recognition, or privacy violations;
• Using the same template does not permit copying protected materials, people, brands, or copy from an example.

6. 权利投诉与内容下架

如你认为案例侵犯著作权、商标权、肖像权、隐私权或其他合法权益，请提供具体案例链接或截图、权利人身份与授权证明、侵权说明、联系方式以及希望采取的措施。我们会进行合理核验，并视情况限制展示、下架内容、联系提交者或保留争议证据。

If you believe a Gallery item infringes copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, or another right, provide the exact link or screenshot, proof of ownership or authority, an explanation, contact details, and requested action. We will reasonably review the notice and may restrict display, remove content, contact the submitter, or preserve dispute evidence.
